If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 3 days. You must notify us of the damage before wearing an item. If you report a damage after something has been worn or tried on, it will not be eligible for replacement. There are no exceptions.
Our return policy is 7 days from the day you receive your order. You have 7 days to contact us for a refund/return. Once you have made arrangements for the return, items MUST BE RETURNED and RECEIVED within 14 days or there will be a $15 restocking fee. There are no returns on anything personalized. If you enter an incorrect address for delivery and fail to notify us of the change within 24 hours, you will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Once orders are shipped, you will need to contact the delivery carrier for any further information. We are not responsible for shipments that show delivered and you did not receive. You will have to contact the carrier. If you are returning an item, you are responsible to pay for return shipping. You will not be refunded your original shipping charges.
If your item is returned for a bad address, you will be refunded for the item, but not the original shipping cost.
Once orders are shipped, you will need to contact the delivery carrier for any further information. If you do not receive your item and it shows delivered, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they ship.
***BOGO Sales*** If you do not add your free item to your order, you will not receive it. If you contact us about it after it ships, you will be responsible for the shipping charges for the free item.
There are no returns on sneakers. There is a $15 restocking fee if the return is accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. If you receive a damaged item, you must send a photo to email@example.com to receive a replacement. There will be no replacements or refunds without the photo.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
